Remark: The output current of constant current power supply is in inverse proportion to the resistance of magnetic powder brake/clutch. The larger the resistance, the smaller Max. Output current of constant current power supply,vice-versa.
Two Control Mode:
Circumscribed PLC control:
a. When PLC output is 0- 5V, jumper cap is in “5V”
b. When PLC output is 0-10V, jumper cap is in “10V”
c. When PLC output is 0-20mA, jumper cap is in “20mA”
Circumscribed potentiometer C ontrol: jumper cap is in “20mA”

Remark: Screw inside constant current powersupply mustn’t exceed than 2.5mm, avoid PCB connection
A complete set of tension controller system, its basic elements including controller, clutch and brake. Tension control can be divided into manual controller and automatic controller, manual controller, which is stablized power, according to the change of rewind and unwind roll diameter ,then manually adjust the magnetizing cutrrent of clutch or brake, thereby obtain the conformity tension, (automatic tension control instrument is determined by the tension tester to test the tension directly, then put tension data processed and then automatically adjust the magnetizing cutrrent of clutch or brake to control the roll material of tension)
